XF Futures

XF Futures offers an exciting and challenging introduction to high-level player development. Each session combines technical skills training with fast-paced, small-sided games—from 1v1 to 4v4—giving players frequent opportunities to build confidence, creativity, decision-making and game awareness.

Participation is limited to 30 players per gender, creating a focused, competitive environment for motivated young athletes who aspire to play for Crossfire Premier’s top teams in the future.

Two XF Futures seasons are offered each year. Each season includes approximately 14 training sessions held twice per week at a Redmond-area location. Sessions are led by professional Crossfire Premier coaches, with assistance from players on the club’s oldest Elite Clubs National League teams. 

The seasons will run as follows:

Summer— June and July

Fall— September and October

Each player will receive two XF Futures training t-shirts. Again, there is no cost to the program; all players will participate free of charge.

Players will be selected through a one-day identification tryout, which will serve both the Summer and Fall XF Futures seasons. If a selected player chooses not to participate in either season, their spot will be offered to a player on the waitlist.

For players in this program or other young players looking for more opportunities to play, we also recommend the Lake Washington Youth Soccer Association recreational soccer program, the details of which can be found at www.lwysa.org. During periods of overlap, the XF Futures program is scheduled to avoid any potential conflicts with recreational soccer programming when possible.
